SENIOR PRESENTATION EVENING 2022
The Senior Presentation was held on Friday 11th November at the Club. The evening was a sell out and we welcomed Ronnie Irani as our special guest. Along with the various individual awards to recognise performances throughout the 2022 season we also welcomed three more former players into our Hall of Fame.
The three new inductees to our Hall of Fame were Henry Hall, Terry Stewart and Jonathan Fielding. Henry holds the record for the most 1st team appearances with 538 and scored over 6,000 runs for us. The late Terry Stewart was part of a feared opening bowling partnership with Brian Fielding. His son Mark collected the award on his behalf. Terry took over 50 wickets in a season four times and took 595 league wickets. Jonathan or Trigger has only just hung up his boots. Jonathan took 823 wickets for us with only Fred Duerr above him. He also took over 100 wickets in a season twice, in 2010 and 2011.
