Andy is Director of Cricket at RCC. Having emigrated from his native Yorkshire, Andy played in the 2nd XI before retiring in 2009 due to work commitments. Wanting to stay involved at the club he then took on the key role in charge of senior cricket. During this time the club have won many trophies, including two 1st XI trebles in 2010 and 2011.

The youngest septugenarian in the game, John is a well respected figure within Lancashire cricket circles. He coaches the 1st XI on match days and works tirelessly in the nets on practice nights. A true gentleman, John was a founding father of the Ramsbottom Junior Foundation, developing many players in the current senior squad.

Winning the Ron Singleton Trophy in his first year as Captain , Tom is currently spending his winter playing Grade A cricket for Para Hills in Adelaide.Quality attacking opening batsman and gloveman ,Toms work hard, play hard attitude will stand him in good stead for more success in 2018.

Another product of the Ramsbottom Junior foundation Ben joined Walshaw in 2017 and opened the batting for the 2XI progressing to the 1XI.Returns to the club for the 2018 season.Ben is a talented opening batsman & wicketkeeper who is a strong character on and off the field, with the right attitude & commitment Ben will be pushing hard to move through the senior grades.

Rewrites textbooks with his Steve Smith style of batting,Ben was the 3XL top run scorer in 2017 with his own aggresive, devastating approach.All round good guy at the club on the field, off the field, behind the bar and as the all stars mascot.. never a dull moment in Bens company.

A quiet, unassuming character Nick had a successful 2017 season opening the batting for the 3XL.Nick will be looking to kick on in 2018 and is just as happy at the crease as he is on the terraces following his beloved Bury FC around the country.

Jack took the role on of 3XL captain in 2017 at a young age and has provided a great platform for the side to progress into 2018.
